What is Title IX?
Title IX is a federal civil rights law passed as part of the Education Amendments of 1972.
Title IX is a federal civil rights law prohibiting sex discrimination in any school activity. This program provides guidance to schools on appropriate steps to prevent and address sexual discrimination issues within a school environment.
