Students and families can submit concerns including bullying, harassment, self-harm, illegal activities, and other student-related issues by filling out the form below. We encourage all of our students and families that if you see something, say something. Reports will be investigated with the highest levels of importance. It is imperative to file reports responsibly. You have the option of including your contact information or reporting anonymously. Once submitted, the appropriate individual will be notified and begin an investigation of your issue

Title IX
What is Title IX: Title IX is a federal civil rights law prohibiting sex discrimination in any school activity. This programs provides guidance to schools on appropriate steps to prevent and address sexual discrimination issues within a school environment.
